Custom ERP development
An ERP built from scratch for how your business runs: stock, purchasing, sales, invoicing, accounts and staff in one system, in Arabic and English, so everyone works from the same numbers.

Is this for you?
A good fit if
- You run the business on spreadsheets that no longer agree with each other
- A ready-made ERP would need heavy customising to fit how you work
- You need Arabic and English, and more than one branch or warehouse
Not the right fit if
- A ready-made ERP fits with light setup. Use it; I'll tell you if that's your case
- Nobody inside the company owns the process
- You want everything delivered in one big launch
How I do it.
-
Map the operation
How stock, orders, purchases and money move today, department by department, and where it breaks.
-
Design
Screens and reports for each team, in Arabic and English, with the permissions each role needs.
-
Build module by module
Starting with the module that hurts most, each one live and in use before the next.
-
Move in and support
Opening balances and data imported (priced separately), staff trained, and support while the business runs on it.
What you get.
- Operations map and module plan
- System design (Arabic and English)
- Stock, purchasing, sales and invoicing modules
- Accounts, reports and role permissions
- Data import (priced separately) and staff training
- Support and maintenance plan

Common questions.
Why custom instead of Odoo or SAP?
When one of them fits with light setup, use it. A custom ERP makes sense when your process doesn't fit theirs or the customising never ends.
Does it handle Arabic invoices and e-invoicing?
Arabic and English invoices, yes. E-invoicing rules differ by country, so we check what yours requires while mapping the operation and build it in.
Can we start with one department?
Yes, and it's usually the safer way: one module live, then the next.
Can you move our current data in?
Yes: items, stock, customers, suppliers and opening balances from spreadsheets or from the system you use now. Moving old data is priced separately from building the ERP, since the work depends on how much data there is and how clean it is.
Your next move.
Tell me where things are now and where you want them to be. I reply within one business day, in Arabic or English. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so.
