Muhammad Ammar Digital Marketing & SEO Expert

SEO Consultant

Independent SEO consulting for businesses in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. Audit, strategy and implementation — in Arabic and English.

If your organic traffic has stalled, dropped, or grown without producing more business, the useful first step is a diagnosis, not a proposal.

I work as an independent SEO consultant, which means no account manager layer, no junior doing the audit, and no incentive to recommend a bigger scope than the problem needs.

What SEO consulting includes

  • Full technical SEO audit
  • Keyword research and search intent analysis, Arabic and English
  • Competitor and SERP landscape analysis
  • Content strategy and topical authority mapping
  • Internal linking architecture
  • On-page optimisation specifications
  • Index management and crawl strategy
  • Structured data planning
  • Search Console and GA4 reporting setup
  • A prioritised roadmap with expected impact and effort

Who this is for

Traffic has plateaued

You have been publishing consistently and the line has gone flat. Usually the problem is topical, architectural or technical, not volume.

Rankings dropped

A core update, a migration, or a change nobody flagged. The priority is an accurate diagnosis before anyone starts fixing.

You are launching or rebuilding

The cheapest SEO work in existence is the work done before launch. The most expensive is fixing a migration after it has gone live.

Your catalogue is not visible

E-commerce sites where the majority of category and product pages are not indexed or not ranking.

Leads are not coming from search

You rank, but for terms that do not convert. An intent problem, not a ranking problem.

You need a second opinion

An in-house team or agency is doing the work and you want someone independent to confirm the plan is right.

How an engagement runs

Discovery

Your goals, your margins, your sales process. What counts as a good lead here, and what the last twelve months actually looked like.

Audit

Technical, content and competitive. Findings ranked by cost to you rather than by tool severity.

Roadmap

A sequenced plan: what to do first, what it should move, what it costs in effort, and what to stop doing.

Implementation

Either I implement with your team, or you execute and I review. Specifications, not suggestions.

Measurement

Reporting wired to leads and revenue, so the next quarter’s decisions are based on evidence.

What you receive

  • Prioritised technical audit
  • Keyword and intent map, per language and per market
  • Competitor analysis
  • Content plan with briefs
  • Internal linking plan
  • On-page specifications
  • Reporting dashboard
  • Monthly review of what moved

Honest limits

Worth stating plainly, because it saves us both time:

  • SEO is slow. Meaningful movement usually takes three to six months, sometimes longer in competitive verticals.
  • Nobody can guarantee rankings, and anyone who does is either misinformed or lying.
  • If your product, pricing or sales follow-up is the problem, more organic traffic will not save it.
  • Some sites need a rebuild before they need SEO. I will say so rather than sell you an audit.

Frequently asked

How long before we see results?

Technical fixes can show in Search Console within weeks. Content and authority work typically takes three to six months to show meaningfully, and longer in competitive markets. Anyone quoting faster is describing an exception, not a plan.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No. Nobody can. What I can commit to is a diagnosis you can act on, work that follows Google’s documented guidance, and reporting honest enough that you can tell whether it is working.

What do you need from us to start?

Search Console and GA4 access, an idea of what a good customer is worth to you, and one person who can answer questions about the site. Server logs and CRM data help but are not required.

Do you work with agencies?

Yes, including white-labelled. Several of my engagements are senior support on a specific client problem where the agency has the relationship and needs the depth.

What does it cost?

[REPLACE: your engagement models and starting ranges] Being specific here is worth doing. It saves calls with people whose budget and your scope were never going to meet.

Let’s find what is blocking your growth

Thirty minutes. You will leave knowing what I think your biggest constraint is, whether that turns out to be a channel, your tracking, or what happens after the click. That holds whether or not we end up working together.

I usually reply within one business day. English or Arabic.
